Sue has been an active Real Estate agent for over 20 years. Her specialties include condominium and cooperative sales in DC, Maryland and Virginia. Over the years Sue has worked closely with first-time buyers, as well as down-sizing sellers and buyers. In addition, Sue has successfully closed many transactions with investors, and in the process, becoming well versed in the 1031 Starker Exchange Sale and Purchase program.
A long-time resident of the District of Columbia, Sue now resides in Bethesda, Maryland. She serves as an officer on the Executive Committee of 2 large Montgomery County Maryland civic associations. This allows her to know what is being planned for development in the County and when. She was a 4-time elected official in Washington, DC, serving 3 terms as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood and one term in the Forest Hills neighborhood.

Kenwood Condominium: Have served several terms on the Board of Directors.
Montgomery Women: This is an invitation only organization. It is comprised of women in Montgomery County, Maryland who make a difference. Current members included Connie Morella, Nancy Floreen, Katherine Leggett and about 145 others.
Citizens Coordinating Committee on Friendship Heights: Serve as Treasurer, and am the Kenwood Condominium’s representative.
Montgomery County Civic Federation: Serve as the Kenwood Condominium’s representative. Was elected Recording Secretary in June 2011.
Board of Elections: Am a Chief Precinct Judge for primaries, special elections and general elections.
District of Columbia (Prior to July, 1997)
Advisory Neighbor Hood Commissioner: Was a 3-term ANC Commissioner in Foggy Bottom, and elected to one term in Forest Hills (resigned from that post due to move to Bethesda).
Citizens Advisory Council to the 2nd District Metropolitan Police Department: President.
